Navigating the complexity of accounting rules is not an easy task but Fabio excels at it. His extensive knowledge of the field and ability to apply that knowledge into real world situations is what sets him apart from the crowd. Not only does Fabio have technical ability but he is also a great leader. During our time at Select Staffing he lead the project of implementing an ERP system, which is no easy feat. He was able to keep the project on schedule, on budget, and deliver a fully functional tool. Impressive to say the least. Any team would be lucky to have Fabio as a part of it.

Fabio played a central role during a very challenging time at Be Green Packaging. Fabio was able to take control of important financial matters at hand from day one. His attitude was always positive, supportive and effective. Fabio is honest, forthright, inventive and creative. He was responsible for selection, installation and training for Netsuite, responsible for HR, inventory control and so many other functional areas related to a corporate controller. While a CPA, his creative and interpersonal skills were always evident.

We engaged Fabio to lead our ERP implementation. This was a challenging project given the different locations, complex internal processes and change management challenges as we transitioned into our 1st true ERP system. Fabio's hard work and strong organizational/interpersonal skills proved invaluable in managing the project - our success in being able to go live within 6 months of starting the project was largely due to his contributions.

Fabio adjusted very quickly to our environment and was able to deliver high quality work immediately. Fabio combines a broad technical background, efficiency, impeccable work ethics, and is a pleasure to work with. Not a combination you find everyday!
